CPW is used as a secondary plasticizer to flexibility and durability in PVC application. CPW partially replaces more expensive primary plasticizer and primary flame – retardants to reduce the unit cost of flexible PVC products.
This product is made from normal paraffin or High Molecular weight paraffin depending on the end use application as the raw material along with Cl2 gas.
Chlorinated paraffin formulations are used in a wide range of industrial applications including flame retardants and plasticisers. The product functions as an additive in metal working fluids, sealants, paints and coatings
